Testimony
I've been working with Coach Lowe for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I have improved a lot, not only physically but also mentally. What makes him different from other coaches? Coach Lowe really believed in my project and invested in me. He took the time to listen to me and then figured out the best way to plan the season.
His coaching is honest and realistic. He plans the season smartly, so I hit my best form at the right times and also have breaks to recover. He has been really flexible, too. We are training for a half marathon, but along the way, I had to race some 3km and 5km events, so he helped me keep up my speed without losing focus on the main goal, the half marathon.
What I like most is that Coach Lowe took the time to understand what I want and what I need, making the whole process feel personal and right for me.
