Who This Is For

For Leaders Who Want More Than Step Counts

This program is for executives, managers, and high-performing professionals who know that:

  • Better health means better decisions
  • Shared challenges build stronger teams
  • Confidence from physical achievement spills over into every area of work

Whether your team is chasing a sub-3:00 marathon, a half-marathon finish, or simply consistent weekly running, we build a path that matches your current fitness and workload.

Your team might be:

  • Preparing for a major promotion or career transition
  • Looking for meaningful wellness benefit that actually gets used
  • Fighting burnout and decision fatigue
  • Wanting a concrete, time-bound challenge (e.g., marathon, half, 10k) to rally around

Why Running? Why This Works

Why Running Is the Perfect Vehicle for Executive Performance

Running is simple, honest, and unforgiving in the best way. You can't fake preparation. You can't bluff your way through 26.2 miles or a targeted 10k.

For executive teams, that means:

  • Discipline and consistency are trained, not just talked about
  • Stress management improves through purposeful movement
  • Confidence is built through clear, measurable progress
  • Cohesion forms when everyone is working toward a shared, challenging goal

Your team doesn't just get fitter - they gain a lived experience of what it feels like to commit, adapt, and execute under pressure.

Program Structure (How It Works)

How the 6-Month Cohort Works

Step 1  Consultation Call

We discuss your team, schedules, goals, and preferred event timeline. We'll decide whether the focus is marathon, half, 10k, or general performance

Step 2                              Baseline & Onboarding

Each participant completes an intake form covering training background, injury history, and time constraints. We set realistic but ambitious benchmarks

Step 3                          Customized 6-Month Training Arc

Your team receives a shared framework with individualized assignments. Everyone knows the "big picture" and their own weekly targets

Step 4                              Monthly Performance Sessions

Once a month, we meet (virtual or in-person when possible) to review progress, adjust plans, and address mindset, recovery, and stress

Step 5                                   Race / Milestone Event

The cohort culminates in a key event or performance metric, whether that's a race or a new challenge

Step 6                               Debrief & Next Steps

We evaluate outcomes, capture lessons, and outline options for continued coaching or a new challenge

Investment

Designed for small, high-impact teams of 3-5 professionals

  • Team Cohort (up to 4 participants): $3,600 for 6 months
  • Team Cohort (up to 5 participants): $4,000 for 6 months

That's as low as $133 per person per month for a fully guided, high-performance coaching experience that most people would pay more for on their own.

You're not just paying for miles.

You're investing in healthier leaders, stronger teams, and a culture that values performance and well-being.

A: Yes, as long as the general training destination lines up (e.g., some marathoners and some half-marathoners). We'll individualize within the framework.

Q: Can you come on-site?

A: In-person sessions, workshops, or race-day support can be arranged depending on location and scheduling. These can be added to core package.
